BackWeb Offline for Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management allows people to access their Current Learning enrolled courses while disconnected from the network. Users of the offline capability have their courses automatically synchronized to their laptops so they can access the training material whenever they want, even when disconnected. When working in offline mode, people still work in the browser in their familiar Enterprise Learning Management browser UI. All learning progress, results, scores, assessments and SCORM or AICC report data that is generated while using the learning system or training content is cached during offline use and automatically synchronized to the online Enterprise Learning Management application when the person reconnects to the network later.

People using Offline Enterprise Learning are only able to synchronize courses available to them in the online learning system.
