All their offline work is automatically synchronized up to the online application as soon as they reconnect to the network. So, when they are working offline, they can continue working with critical business web applications and content such as CRM systems, document libraries, training content, performance reviews, company portals, time and expense reporting and other applications.

All of their offline work is in the browser using the same familiar user interface they work with in the online application. When administrative changes, such as access rights, are made in the online application, those changes are reflected immediately in users’ next synchronization.
