FILMSPEED's one-to-many, wide-area distribution model greatly enhances the Hollywood studios' consumer reach by scaling feature film content to millions, ultimately driving e-commerce sales of movie tickets, home video, music, and film-related merchandise. FILMSPEED is currently available through iSyndicate, Linkshare, and Homestead. "Consumers really want to have better quality video from the Web for the delivery of film trailers and full feature films," said Kevin Unangst, group product manager, Digital Media Division, Microsoft Corp.
