InterTrust and BackWeb Enable Automatic Delivery of Rich Media While Assuring Control of Content Rights

Industry Leaders to Combine BackWeb's Polite Push Infrastructure and InterTrust's Digital Rights Management Technology for Portals and Media Publishers

Under the terms of the alliance, the two companies will work to integrate BackWeb's Polite™ push infrastructure with InterTrust's digital rights management (DRM) technology, and will jointly promote the two solutions.
