BackWeb Technologies' Internet communication infrastructure and BackWeb Sales Accelerator software re-branded and integrated into Baan Company's new Front Office application

As part of the agreement, Baan Company has re-branded and integrated BackWeb's Priority Internet communication infrastructure and the BackWeb Sales Accelerator application into its customer management product line. The Baan Company product, named BaanKnowledgeManager™, offers a marketing encyclopedia application with real-time desktop information retrieval and delivery, and is a robust addition to the BaanFrontOffice application suite.
