BackWeb Announces Resolution of its Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Symantec

SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 2, 2010 - BackWeb Technologies Ltd. (Pink Sheets: BWEBF or BWEBF.PK) announced today that it has resolved its previously announced patent infringement litigation with Symantec Corporation that was pending in the District Court for the Northern District of California. Terms of the agreement remain confidential.
