BackWeb Signs Key Marketing, Product Development ExecutivesSAN JOSE, CALIF. (May 20, 1998) - In a move expected to further its lead in the enterprise knowledge distribution market, BackWeb Technologies announced today the addition of two key executives to head its marketing and product development teams. Doug Roseborough joins BackWeb as vice president of Worldwide Marketing after eleven years at Oracle Corporation, while Roni Or, previously with Aurec Group, a leading communication media and information company in Israel, assumes the post of vice president of Product Development. The new hires are critical to BackWeb's strategy of continuing to provide leading-edge knowledge distribution and automation solutions to the enterprise, while communicating the benefits of those solutions to a growing array of Global 1000 companies.
