(OTC BB: BWEBF), a leading provider of software designed to mobilize business web applications, announced today that a top-five global pharmaceutical company has purchased an enterprise license for the BackWeb® Offline Access Server™ application to enable mobile and disconnected usage of enterprise web applications for its global workforce. The customer has been using BackWeb within other business units and is now expanding its use of BackWeb’s products to other applications across the entire organization through an enterprise license. Providing access to its enterprise web applications will become a key component of the customer’s strategy to better mobilize its global workforce and provide its thousands of people in the field with the tools they need to maintain high levels of productivity and workforce effectiveness.
