BackWeb® Offline Access Server™ for Oracle's PeopleSoft ePerformance enables employees and managers to complete performance documents on the road. Users can now sync pending reviews to their laptop and work on them when disconnected from the network. When connection is re-established, either at the office, hotel or “hotspot”, queued work will be automatically synced with the ePerformance application. In case of an error during synchronization the user will be notified and given an opportunity to correct and re-submit the review.
